We own one mechanism
Not "marketing for home care". One mechanism: individual job URLs carrying valid JobPosting markup, kept fresh, so Google's job panel can show your open roles. It's checkable in a public test tool, which is why we can guarantee it and why we don't need you to take our word for anything.
We sell outcomes, not seats
You don't buy software and hope your office manager adopts it. You hire a function — the AI Job Publisher, then the AI Recruiter — and hold it to one number. If a function stops earning its keep, you switch that one off without touching the rest.
Your time is the scarce thing
Onboarding costs you about 30 minutes: your current openings, access to your careers page, your Indeed and Google Business Profile logins. Your scheduling and EVV software doesn't move. After that you get a monthly report you can read in a minute.

THE PROBLEM
The better agency was losing the caregiver
A CNA in Houston types "caregiver jobs near me" and Google answers with a job panel — over a thousand listings, dominated by national franchises. The independent agency down the road pays better and treats people better, but it isn't in the panel at all, because its careers page carries no JobPosting markup. The family who needed care that week gets told there's no availability. That's not a budget problem, and it's fixable in 48 hours.

We audited five agencies before we sold anything
We ran Google's own Rich Results Test against 5 private-pay home care agencies in Houston. 0 had valid JobPosting markup. Not one of their open roles could appear in a panel showing 1,114 caregiver jobs. We built the offer around what the audit actually found, not around what we wanted to sell.
